Paris Paradis is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Reception & Reservation Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in high-end nightlife and luxury venue environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences from the very first point of contact.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing reservations, guest relations, and front-of-house coordination while ensuring a seamless and memorable customer journey. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage reservations efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily reservation operations and guest bookings
• Ensure a smooth and professional guest arrival experience
• Coordinate table reservations and seating arrangements effectively
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements professionally
• Utilize reservation systems and booking platforms to maximize efficiency
• Work closely with management and operations teams to enhance guest satisfaction
• Monitor reservation trends and support venue occupancy optimization
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
• Support front-of-house operations when required
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role within Dubai nightlife or luxury hospitality venues
• Strong working knowledge of SevenRooms reservation platform
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Additional language skills such as French, Arabic, or Russian are an advantage
• Experience with reservation and booking management platforms
• Strong interpersonal and guest relation skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
