Description:

The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, LLC is seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Assistant to join its growing Human Resources team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting people operations and contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

The position serves as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and plays a key role in maintaining employee records, managing HR communications, and supporting HR systems and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and employee support

• Manage HR email inbox and respond to internal requests

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

• Assist with HRIS reporting and data analysis support

• Support audits, compliance checks, and HR administrative tasks

• Organize and maintain HR shared drives and digital files

• Assist in preparing HR correspondence and internal communications

• Provide administrative support to HRIS Manager and HR team

• Stay updated on labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Strong knowledge of:

• Human Resources Operations

• HRIS Systems (Paycom preferred)
