The Payroll Support Advisor plays a key role in providing advanced payroll and technical support to internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced support for complex payroll issues, system errors, and processing discrepancies.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.

• Act as an escalation point for payroll-related inquiries and technical issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, service, and compliance departments.

• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Analyze recurring issues and contribute to long-term process improvements.

• Support enterprise initiatives, system upgrades, and operational enhancements.

• Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions as needed.

• Maintain payroll system knowledge and support onboarding initiatives.

• Ensure high-quality communication with stakeholders and customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of payroll experience in end-to-end processing and troubleshooting.

• Strong understanding of payroll systems, logic, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience collaborating across corporate functions.

• Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and processing standards.

Strong knowledge of:

• Payroll Processing, Taxation, and Compliance Systems

• Workday Payroll or Similar Enterprise Payroll Platforms

• Root Cause Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Process Improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Workday Payroll configuration and processing.

• Payroll outsourcing experience.

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
