Description:
Millennium Hotel Al Barsha, Dubai is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Barista cum Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team. This role is suitable for an energetic hospitality professional who enjoys creating positive guest experiences and providing quality beverage service.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing beverages, serving guests, maintaining service standards, and supporting daily café or restaurant operations. Candidates with immediate availability will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to quality standards.
• Welcome guests and provide professional customer service.
• Take customer orders and ensure accurate service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Handle guest requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the F&B team in daily operations.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Barista or Waitress is preferred.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
