Hiring Commercial Officer

Preferring Female candidates having UAE experience in similar role.

Duty and Responsibilities are as below.

  • Work with the CEO/ DGM and encourage colleagues to promote the company as a credible catering partner including PR and marketing, networking etc.
  • To review and manage the customers’ inquiry process into a cost-workable solution.
  • To submit a detailed response to the inquiry documentation and provide answers/responses to any subsequent requests for clarification.
  • To develop costing as part of the quotation process.
  • Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.
  • Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization’s requirements.
  • Collates and ensures proper documentation with the tendering and contract process.
  • Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjusting them to the frameworks given by the customers.
  • To act as the company’s internal contact point for the customers during the inquiry and bidding process.
  • To handle incoming sales calls and inquiries in a busy office, by keeping a prioritized listing of outstanding tasks and when completed, filing the quote and cost.
  • To respond to customer questions and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinates with the CEO or customer prospect to ascertain the inquiry information necessary to produce sales proposals including catering product selection, quotation, documents, and costing through standardized costing templates and technical specifications.
  • Use of existing sponsorship proposals and development of new sponsorship and partnership proposals.
  • Securing meetings and presenting the organization and our offer in the most advantageous way.
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities and developing benefits packages.
  • To assist the CEO and Catering Services with ingredient checking of proposed approved trademark products and Food & Drink Guild menus.
  • To make regular courtesy calls and arrange/attend meetings with clients to discuss marketing/product promotion opportunities as part of our client retention program. This may include working away from home and/or working unsocial hours.
  • To coordinate exhibitions and similar events including attendance at such events as deemed appropriate by the Head of Business and Catering Services or Chief Executive. Attendance at such events may include working away from home and/or working unsocial hours
