Description:
Hily Holding is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Controller & Collections Officer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in accounts receivable and collections, particularly within the FMCG sector.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding payments, maintaining healthy cash flow, and ensuring proper coordination with customers and internal finance teams. This position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet collection targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment collection
• Visit clients and retail partners to reconcile accounts and resolve payment issues
• Maintain accurate records of receivables, transactions, and payment schedules
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with the finance team
• Monitor customer credit limits and take necessary actions to minimize overdue balances
• Ensure all collection activities are aligned with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry is mandatory
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized, persistent, and target-oriented mindset
• Valid UAE driving license is required
