World Eats is currently hiring for its upcoming premium dining project in Dubai. The company is expanding its hospitality team and is seeking passionate, experienced, and service-driven professionals to join multiple front-of-house and back-of-house positions. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing restaurant concept in one of Dubai’s most vibrant dining locations.
The organization is looking for individuals with strong backgrounds in upper casual dining environments who can deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high operational standards. Candidates currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding guest service in line with premium dining standards
• Manage assigned restaurant or kitchen section efficiently and professionally
• Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure consistency in service delivery
• Follow company standards and contribute to a positive dining experience
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage hospitality
• Experience in upper casual dining or premium restaurant concepts preferred
• Strong hospitality background with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
• Must currently be based in the UAE
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
