This role is best suited for candidates who have strong front-desk experience and are confident in handling client-facing responsibilities within a fast-paced corporate environment.
The selected candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, investors, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while supporting smooth daily office operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and investors in a professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and front-desk communications
• Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and calendar bookings
• Handle visitor registration and maintain reception area organization
• Support internal teams with administrative and coordination tasks
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure proper setup when required
• Maintain professional communication across all front-office operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role
• Prior experience in real estate, property development, or construction industry is mandatory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Arabic language skills are an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and scheduling tools
• Professional appearance with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with CRM or property management systems is a plus
