The platform focuses on Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM), enabling businesses to significantly reduce compliance overhead, accelerate audit readiness, and improve security visibility across systems.

The company is currently seeking a Product Manager to join its platform product team. This role involves working on technically complex and high-impact features that support cybersecurity compliance automation, data-driven control monitoring, and scalable platform development. The position is remote, with occasional quarterly travel required to company offices in Boston (MA), Tyson Corner (VA), or Knoxville (TN). US citizenship is mandatory.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing product development cycles, collaborating closely with engineering teams, and ensuring successful delivery of platform features from concept through execution. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple evolving product areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog, including grooming, prioritization, and refinement of platform initiatives

• Write clear and structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and Definition of Done

• Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and ensure feature quality

• Work closely with UX designers and stakeholders to build user journey maps and understand customer needs

• Partner with engineering teams during solution design, architecture discussions, and implementation phases

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical user stories

• Evaluate trade-offs, risks, and constraints while guiding product decisions

• Quickly adapt to new technical domains and shift priorities as needed across platform areas

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning alongside senior product leadership

• Ensure successful delivery and validation of features through sprint cycles

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager

• 3+ years of experience in Product Owner roles, IT consulting, or similar product-related positions

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

• Proven experience writing detailed user stories and defining acceptance criteria

• Hands-on collaboration experience with engineering teams on technical solutions

• Strong technical fluency in areas such as data models, system architecture, and infrastructure

• Ability to switch between multiple problem domains with ease and adaptability

• Strong empathy for end users and customer experience

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Must be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in cybersecurity or GRC-related products

• Experience working with data-intensive platforms

• Pragmatic Institute Certification

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar sprint management systems
