The Pricing & Promotion Specialist will work closely with senior performance marketing leadership to support pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and experimentation initiatives across multiple DTC offers. This role is highly analytical and hands-on, involving real-time testing, data interpretation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This position offers a structured growth path into performance marketing leadership and provides exposure to advanced marketing systems, consumer behavior strategies, and large-scale e-commerce optimization frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and execution of pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies

• Design promotional mechanics including discounts, BOGOs, urgency offers, and upsells

• Assist in building and refining offer structures and conversion optimization frameworks

• Execute pricing experiments using structured testing platforms (Statsig or equivalent)

• Define hypotheses, metrics, and success benchmarks for marketing tests

• Analyze experiment results including AOV, conversion rates, and revenue performance

• Maintain detailed documentation of tests, insights, and performance outcomes

• Collaborate with creative, data, and campaign teams to optimize funnel performance

• Support post-purchase upsells and cross-sell strategies to maximize revenue

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or e-commerce optimization

• Hands-on experience with DTC or affiliate marketing environments preferred

• Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment
