Description:
Fair Platz Design is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join its Dubai-based team, specializing in the Exhibitions and Events industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations within fast-paced, project-driven environments and a clear understanding of the unique staffing needs of exhibitions, events, and fit-out projects.
This role involves managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for exhibitions, events, and fit-out roles
• Handle employee onboarding and induction processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
• Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Support HR administrative tasks and reporting requirements
• Source and hire candidates specifically for event and exhibition projects
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of HR experience in Exhibitions, Events, or Fit-Out industry is mandatory
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
• Experience hiring for exhibition and event-related roles preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
