Audacy, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support its sales department. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced media and advertising environment while providing strong administrative and sales support to internal teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to assist in the preparation of sales materials, client coordination, and campaign management tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Sales Managers and Account Executives throughout the sales process
• Conduct data research and prepare sales proposals
• Manage order entry, revisions, invoices, and campaign reporting
• Support traffic coordination including copy, scheduling, and continuity
• Prepare sales presentations, media kits, and client materials
• Handle expense reports, purchase orders, and internal reporting
• Coordinate meetings and manage scheduling logistics
• Provide administrative and backup support to sales teams
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all sales-related documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
