Description:
Gulf Indian High School, Dubai is currently hiring enthusiastic and qualified Kindergarten Teachers to join its academic team. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about early childhood development and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young learners.
The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering quality early education, managing classroom activities effectively, and supporting the overall development of kindergarten students. Immediate joiners are preferred, and candidates currently serving notice periods will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for kindergarten students
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Plan and implement creative learning activities for early childhood development
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly
• Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
• Support students’ emotional, social, and academic growth
• Collaborate with staff to enhance teaching methods and curriculum delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with B.Ed in a relevant subject
• Equivalency Certificate from UAE Ministry of Education (if applicable)
• 1–2 years of prior teaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to work in a nurturing early learning environment
• Immediate joiners preferred (notice period candidates not accepted)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Early childhood education principles
• Classroom management techniques for young learners
