Registered Nurse Dialysis

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Prepares dialysis machines and other equipment prior usage
• Accessing the patient for haemodialysis by strict aseptic technique through femoral, jugular and subclavian catheter
• Providing comfortable and safety environment for the patient during dialysis
• Conducts systematic assessment of patients including vital signs prior to treatment.
• Formulates and implements a plan of care for the individual dialysis patient
• Performs approved therapeutic or diagnostic and laboratory tests, based on the clinical condition of the patient inform immediately about critical value
• Monitoring patient during dialysis and intervenes appropriately in any clinical emergency situation.
• Educates the patient and families about their disease, care of their AV fistula treatment options, management, nutrition and lifestyle .
• Maintain and manage the dialysis machines, systems and equipment with the help of the biomedical engineering team.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Minimum 3 Years of Experience is must in Dialysis
• Ability to communicate effectively in English language.
