Role:
We are looking for a Real Estate Valuer who can be a part of a growing team of professional valuers.
Conduct property valuations, and create quality detailed reports, ensuring that proper timelines are followed.
Assess the activity in the current market, and analyze comparable sales data, depending on the specifics of each property
Engage clients in conversation to determine their property valuation requirements, and obtain details of the property in question.
Requirements:
- Civil Engineer/Masters of Real Estate or equivalent post graduate qualification
- 3 to 5 years of Real Estate Valuation experience
- 2 Years of Civil Engineering Experience
- Good verbal and written communications, and analytical skills
- Multi Linguistic skills
- Valid UAE Driver’s License is a must. Having your own car will be an added advantage
- Can join immediately.
