CEMAR International Industrial FZCO is currently seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist to join its team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The company is looking for a candidate with strong communication skills, administrative abilities, and a customer-focused attitude to manage front desk operations and support daily office activities.

The selected candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while supporting internal coordination and office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Handle emails, courier deliveries, and office correspondence
• Maintain visitor records and reception area organization
• Assist with administrative and clerical support tasks
• Coordinate meeting room schedules and support office activities when required
• Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
• Support internal communication and office coordination activities
• Ensure professional customer service and positive guest experience
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in receptionist or administrative roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Arabic-speaking candidates will be preferred
• Knowledge of French language will be considered an added advantage
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and customer service attitude
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
Working Hours:
• 6 days per week
• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
