Description:
Sal Rashed is looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Lead to support and manage its technology infrastructure in Riyadh. This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in IT systems, networking, and infrastructure management who are ready to contribute to a reliable and secure IT environment.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations, coordinate with external vendors, and assist in implementing technology upgrades. The role also involves maintaining system availability, strengthening security measures, and ensuring business continuity through effective backup and recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure operations.
• Monitor and maintain networks, servers, and enterprise systems.
• Plan, implement, and supervise infrastructure upgrades and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers to ensure efficient support.
• Assist in information security, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
• Improve system reliability while minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure.
• Practical experience with networks, servers, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and backup solutions.
• Good command of the English language.
• Preferred certifications include CCNA, Microsoft/Azure, PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Network administration and server management
• IT infrastructure security and backup solutions
• Infrastructure upgrades, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
