Description:
Orla Hospitality Group is expanding its team and is looking for a dedicated and proactive Purchasing Agent to support its operations in Bahrain. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in the Food & Beverage industry who possess excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, sourcing products, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely procurement of quality goods to support business operations. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchasing activities for food, beverages, and operational supplies.
• Source products and negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
• Ensure purchases meet company quality standards and budget requirements.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and procurement documentation.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
