Description:
Citadel Health Management (Group) is seeking a motivated and people-focused HR Generalist to join its expanding team in Dubai. The organization provides comprehensive healthcare solutions, including medical planning, infrastructure development, architectural design, fit-out services, construction, biomedical engineering, healthcare operations, and turnkey project management.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can support multiple human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and daily HR operations. Immediate joiners are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment activities and support the end-to-end hiring process.
• Handle employee relations and provide HR support across the organization.
• Maintain HR records and oversee day-to-day HR administration.
