A company based in Dubai is urgently looking to hire an experienced Document Controller – Administrator to support project documentation and administrative operations. The organization is seeking a highly organized professional with strong document management skills and previous experience working in real estate or project-based environments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing document control systems, maintaining accurate records, supporting audit processes, and ensuring proper document lifecycle management across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project and company documents in an organized and secure manner

• Handle document control activities including document registration, tracking, filing, and archiving

• Monitor the complete document lifecycle management process

• Ensure all records and documentation are updated, accurate, and compliant with company standards

• Support internal auditing activities and assist in audit documentation preparation

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding document submissions and approvals

• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for project and administrative records

• Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation when required

• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company information

• Support daily administrative operations and office coordination tasks

Requirements:

• Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE will be preferred

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in document control or administration

• Previous experience in real estate or project environments is highly preferred

• Experience in internal auditing and compliance-related documentation

• Strong understanding of document lifecycle management processes

• Proficiency in SharePoint, Aconex, ECM systems, and Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation tasks effectively
