Key Responsibilities (Based on Role):

• Provide L1/L1.5 technical support and resolve service desk tickets efficiently

• Manage 24/7 IT operations for enterprise and multi-site retail environments

• Deliver on-site technical support across multiple UAE locations

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance and technical escalations

• Support enterprise applications including SAP, POS systems, mobile applications, and payment platforms

• Manage infrastructure, network systems, and endpoint devices across organizations

• Ensure service delivery aligns with SLA standards and business requirements

• Monitor system performance and provide proactive support solutions

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Support business analysis, service reporting, and process improvement initiatives

• Oversee vendor contracts, service agreements, and operational coordination

Candidate Requirements:

• ITIL Foundation certification preferred

• Experience in retail or multi-site enterprise environments is an advantage

• UAE experience preferred across all technical and service roles

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Client-facing mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in fast-paced, 24/7 operational environments

• Technical knowledge relevant to assigned role (support, networking, applications, or service management)

• Strong teamwork, coordination, and escalation handling skills
