Description:

Shot Speciality Cafe LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Unit Manager – Forecourt F&B Operations to oversee multiple branch locations across Abu Dhabi. This field-based position is ideal for candidates with strong operational knowledge and leadership experience within café, QSR, or forecourt food service environments.

The selected candidate will supervise approximately 5–7 locations within an assigned area and will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, food safety compliance, excellent customer service, and consistent brand standards across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations across assigned forecourt F&B locations

• Conduct regular branch audits to ensure operational excellence and compliance

• Maintain brand consistency, food quality, cleanliness, and service standards

• Support and coach Outlet In-Charges (OICs) and branch teams on-site

• Monitor branch performance, operational KPIs, and customer satisfaction

• Ensure all locations comply with food safety procedures and company policies

• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions

• Coordinate with management regarding branch performance and improvement plans

• Assist in maintaining strong team productivity and staff engagement

• Monitor sales performance and operational efficiency across all assigned branches

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in café, QSR, or forecourt F&B operations

• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience is preferred

• Strong understanding of food safety standards and branch operations

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to operational details

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required

• Food safety certification such as PIC, ServSafe, or equivalent will be considered an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing or supporting multiple branch locations

• Previous exposure to petrol station forecourt food operations

• Familiarity with HACCP procedures, operational audits, and mystery shopper programs
