A wellness clinic located in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Wellness Concierge to join its growing team. The clinic is looking for an experienced individual with a strong background in wellness, healthcare, or medical environments who can deliver exceptional client service while managing front-desk and administrative responsibilities.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, wellness services, and creating a welcoming experience for clients in a professional healthcare setting.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, appointment scheduling, front-desk coordination, and supporting daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
• Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, confirmations, and client follow-ups
• Handle front-desk operations and support daily administrative tasks
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and internal departments
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and clinic presentation
• Respond to client inquiries professionally through phone, email, or in person
• Maintain organized records and ensure accurate appointment management
• Support smooth clinic operations while ensuring a comfortable client experience
• Assist with general reception and coordination duties when required
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a wellness clinic, medical center, or healthcare environment is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with appointment booking systems
• Fluency in English is required
• Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice will be preferred
