Properties Market located in Dubai has a vacant position for a Real Estate & Leasing Manager.

The Candidate should

• Manage sale, rental and development of properties.
• Monitoring real estate income and expenditure
• Manage collection of payment and bed debts.
• Determining rental income and negotiating lease agreement.
• Resolve complaints from residents and tenants.
• Deal with Rera and Land department.
