A Construction and Maintenance company is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant/Admin to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. This position is suitable for professionals who possess strong accounting knowledge along with administrative capabilities to support daily business operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling financial records, assisting with administrative functions, and utilizing business software to ensure efficient workflow management. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage accounting records and financial transactions
• Assist with daily administrative and office operations
• Prepare financial reports and support bookkeeping activities
• Monitor accounts and ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Coordinate documentation and maintain company records
• Support management with administrative and accounting-related tasks
Requirements:
• Currently available in the United Arab Emirates
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accountant cum Admin or similar role
