Description:
Techrise for Digital Transformation is seeking an experienced Odoo Implementer to support ERP implementation projects in Abu Dhabi. This project-based opportunity is ideal for professionals who have practical experience deploying Odoo solutions and working directly with clients to improve operational efficiency.
The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring Odoo ERP modules, and ensuring successful implementation across different business functions. The role also involves close collaboration with clients and technical teams to deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives and streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, assess, and document business requirements from clients
• Configure and implement Odoo ERP solutions based on project needs
• Conduct user training sessions and provide guidance during UAT activities
• Work directly with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Coordinate implementation activities with technical and development teams
• Support successful deployment and adoption of ERP solutions
Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience with Odoo ERP implementation
• Strong understanding of business operations, including HR, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, and CRM
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions
• Based in Abu Dhabi is preferred
