Description:
City Gate Group of Companies is expanding its team and is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Secretary to support its executive leadership in Umm Al Quwain. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and providing high-level administrative support in a dynamic corporate environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating executive activities, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to executives
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents
• Organize and maintain confidential files and records
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Assist with office administration and executive support activities
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3+ years of proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• UAE experience is considered an advantage
