Dream Uniforms LLC is expanding its team and is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive – White Linens to join its Dubai office. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy managing operational processes, coordinating production activities, and supporting the successful development of high-quality textile products.
The successful candidate will be involved in product development, textile sourcing, production planning, inventory management, and operational coordination within the healthcare and hospitality linens division. The role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate new product development from concept through production.
• Manage textile sourcing, product sampling, and supplier coordination.
• Assist with production planning to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock management activities.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks across the healthcare and hospitality linens division.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in textile operations, product development, or manufacturing coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
