MJS Holding is seeking a qualified Food Safety Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in food safety management, hygiene standards, and F&B operations, with the ability to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, monitoring food safety practices, identifying risks, and supporting corrective actions to maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food quality across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct food safety inspections and audits across restaurants and F&B operations.
• Monitor compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Ensure proper food storage, temperature control, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Identify food safety risks and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation.
• Support teams in implementing food safety procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi municipality and food safety requirements.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Safety, Public Health, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, catering, or F&B operations.
• Good knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Experience conducting restaurant inspections and food safety audits.
• Knowledge of food storage, temperature control, sanitation, and hygiene requirements.
• Ability to identify risks and manage corrective actions.
• Familiarity with Saudi municipality and food safety regulations.
• Good reporting, communication, and documentation skills.
