Description:
Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cash Application Specialist to join its accounting and operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured administrative work and are looking to grow within a fast-paced finance environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for accurately posting cash receipts, supporting accounts payable processes, maintaining financial records, and assisting with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and develop within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post daily cash receipts accurately and in a timely manner
• Process accounts payable tickets and assist with invoice entry
• Scan checks and maintain organized digital financial records
• Perform data entry and document management tasks
• Provide general administrative and accounting support
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth workflow
• Support office operations and maintain accurate financial documentation
• Assist with filing and record-keeping activities
Requirements:
• Cash application experience is required
• Prior office or administrative experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filters, simple formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
