Description:

VF Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Specialist to join its remote team supporting sales and account operations. This role focuses on managing customer orders, supporting sales representatives, and ensuring smooth end-to-end order processing across multiple internal departments.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of coordination between sales teams, customers, and distribution centers. This position requires strong communication skills, accuracy in order management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail and apparel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned order book by entering, updating, and releasing customer orders for processing

• Support order entry tasks for internal team members when required

• Provide product availability, specifications, and customer support assistance

• Collaborate with sales teams, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues

• Investigate product or service concerns and communicate solutions effectively

• Process return authorizations and credit requests with accuracy

• Ensure proper invoicing, pricing, and order fulfillment standards are maintained

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional customer service support

• Assist with departmental tasks, training support, and special projects as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in account management, sales support, or customer service

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of SAP and Cognos reporting is an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
