Description:
Zoya Developments is seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and configuration, along with a passion for delivering scalable CRM solutions.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications using modern development tools and best practices. The role also involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security of Salesforce systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
• Build and manage Salesforce automation including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts
• Customize objects, page layouts, record types, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
• Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware tools
• Write clean, reusable, and optimized Apex code following Salesforce best practices
• Create and maintain test classes ensuring proper code coverage for deployments
• Support data migration using tools such as Data Loader and Workbench
• Troubleshoot production issues, debug logs, automation failures, and integration errors
• Participate in deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to Salesforce security standards
Requirements:
• 3–4 years of proven experience in Salesforce development
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Test Classes
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning App Builder
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools including Flows and Approval Processes
• Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL queries
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and custom metadata
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as Git, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Change Sets
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
