Description:
Hiring for a European fit-out contractor, based in Dubai, they are seeking to recruit a western educated Project Manager, for its business in Saudi Arabia.
The candidate should possess the following:
At least 5 years senior project management experience in the fit out industry in Saudi Arabia.
Experience of leading consultations in dealing with local authorities, consultants and designers.
Strong communication skills and team leading ability
Ability and experience to liaise with Clients and Clients representatives
Ability to lead fit out projects from inception to handover, including design, commercial and delivery teams
Strong technical ability, including Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD or similar.
