Description:

We are looking for a highly organized Operations Coordinator experienced in Car rental/transportation industry to assist with the management of daily business activities and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the allocation of drivers, organizing daily trips,
• Arranging and assisting with employee training, and managing schedules.
• Manage, supervise and monitoring of fleet operations.
• Schedule transfers and shift guests towards assigned locations.
• Ensure compliance of safety standards in transportation functions.

Requirements:

• English proficiency is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
