• Telecommunications Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience with Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya Call Center, Avaya Aura Messaging, Avaya Aura Conferencing, Avaya System and Session Manager, and their associated 3rd party application servers.
• Experience in working with Telco Providers
• Working knowledge of VoIP Communications with an emphasis on SIP Technologies
• Work with external partners, vendors, and customers to clearly document and distribute FAQs for knowledge transfer and consistently accurate resolutions.
• Knowledge of IT and VoIP networking concepts
