Job Summary:

The MOM plays a critical role in the efficient functioning of the marketing department by overseeing processes, technology, and data. This role is responsible for managing marketing automation tools, implementing efficient workflows, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns for nairaCompare.com. The MOM collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing performance and drive revenue growth.

Key Roles:

  • Marketing Technology Management:
  • Administer and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
  • Manage (CRM) systems to maintain data accuracy.
  • Campaign Execution
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and online advertising.
  • Ensure campaigns align with marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Data Management
  • Oversee data collection, segmentation, and analysis to drive targeted marketing efforts.
  • Implement data privacy and compliance best practices (e.g., GDPR).

Process Improvement:

  • Streamline marketing processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, product, and IT teams to align marketing efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and campaign managers to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget.
