Position: Jr. Medical Sales Executive

Budget for the role up to AED 4000 based on experience.

Candidate having UAE Driving License and experience in UAE market are only considered.

Role Description:

  • This is a full-time on-site role; you will be required to perform the following duties and responsibilities successfully but not limited to:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Science, or a related field with Minimum 2+ years of Experience in Medical or Pharma Sales Background.
  • Assessing clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products by providing product information and deliver product samples.
  • Prospecting new lead generation and contacting clients and pitch the products & service
  • Setting up meetings with the prospective clients
  • Presenting products & service and demonstrating to the client
  • Establishing new business links
  • Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development
  • Sales reporting and performance review weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
  • Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization
  • Working towards achieving the sales target
  • Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and align with needs
  • Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
  • Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
  • Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Should have good reporting and analytical skills including carrying out weekly and monthly reports.
  • Should be able to cope with working across a range of areas in a busy and commercial environment.
