Legal and PRO Officer
Will be required to provide legal consultation, advice, and support, alongside identifying, containing, and managing legal exposure, liabilities and risk.
Support in facilitating property and/or land purchases and transfers.
Renewal of Trade licenses, commercial license, certificates, establishment card etc.
Liaison and support in facilitating new lease agreements, renewal of lease agreements and termination of lease agreements.
Must have good working knowledge in UAE with minimum 7-10 years’ experience in the same capacity.
Experience and knowledge in working with Landlords and Real Estate Agencies
Excellent knowledge on DEWA, DM & RERA regulations, procedures and processes.
Should have excellent computer skills with knowledge of all Government official smart apps such as e-dirham, e-Government applications and other Electronic Funds Transfer
Fluent in Arabic and English
Must know Arabic Drafting, all other legal documents, notices, letters, etc. Leasing & property issues.
