Description:

Prime Group is seeking a Geotechnical Site Supervisor to join our team in the AUH, UAE.

Job type: full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Project planning, preparation of project information sheets, and project schedules all over the UAE.
• Well Knowledge of how to process the NOCs and municipality permits will be an added advantage.
• Supervision of ground investigations for different projects at times.
• Coordinating with client & consultant representatives during the execution of the project. Perform a site visit investigation and create inspection reports.
• Monitoring of all fieldwork, e.g., drilling, Test (SPT), ERT, TR, Packer Test, Pressure Meter, Cone Penetration Test (CPT), DCPT, etc
• Preparation of daily progress reports for the project. & plan and schedule site work as per the proposed schedule.
• Ensures full compliance with the routine operation of the Geotechnical Investigation works, i.e. Site Inspection, site activities, job instructions to drillers, laboratory testing, etc. in accordance with the laboratories own policies and as per ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 and ISO 9001: 2015
• Complete understanding of BS & ASTM D Standards for Geotechnical Investigation.

Requirements:

• Ability to handle a heavy workload, and to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work autonomously, while reviewing work on a regular basis to consistently meet objectives
• High Proficiency in MS Office Software (MS Excel, Word)
• Fluency in English and a high degree of numeracy and literacy.
• UAE driving license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Geotechnical/Geology with a minimum of 5 years of experience
