Description:

Fit-out Company based in JAFZA and currently looking for a Junior Planning Engineer for our Abu Dhabi project;

Requirements;

• Responsible for preparation of detailed schedule of the project & the required programme updates.
• Monitoring and preparing progress reports by site visits to assess and required update
• Responsible for preparing and developing tender programmes as per requirement
• Preparation of Materials and sub-contractors tracking schedules
• Weekly schedule updates along with monitoring the cash flow and manpower histograms.
• Actual Vs Plan, target and forecast reports
• Resource productivity reports.
• Key performance indication reports
• Liaise with all concerned Engineers, Client and Managers in order to formulate a master plan for the project & required executive reports
• Establish and develop master schedules including procurement schedules
• Effective interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate well to line management & subordinates
• Being able to work with one or more teams
• Written and oral communication skills
