We have three Job Vacancies for our sister Company (Carawan Pioneer Electrical & Mechanical Contracting L.L.C
1- Mechanical Engineer
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3-5 years’ experience in UAE in building construction field
Proficient in HVAC, pluming design and execution, shop drawings and materials submittal preparation, materials takeoff and orders, suppliers contact, HAP and local authorities regulations.
2- MEP Project Manager
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5-7 years’ experience in UAE in project management for building construction projects
aware of all MEP activities and installation process, Materials, authorities , able to manage site in accordance with program ,budget and manpower , familiar with following up with consultant and main contractor .
Writing letters and preparing necessary programs and plans and reports, preparing monthly payment.
English and Arabic speaking.
3- Documents controller
Provisional in typing business letters, docs filling, computer skills, shop drawings, materials, documentation in/out, communication skills.
