We are looking for HSE Administrator to join our HSE department. If you are open to explore a new opportunity and meet the below requirements,

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma or Administration certificate.
  • Advance training certificate in specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and general training in MS office.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9K, 14K, 18K/45K would be advantageous.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Administration role.
  • Excellent Communication skills with all business levels and stakeholders (English)
  • Hands on experience in documentation management.
  • Experienced in scheduling HSE inspections and Audits.
  • Excellent skills in reporting and presentations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and accurately consolidate monthly HSE statistics reports on or before 4th of every month and ensure follow-ups are done with the HSE teams for timely submission of information,
  • In case of an HSE software being available, be the main driver and coordinator for timely updates of the software data
  • Manage Incident/Accident registers of all “reported” cases
  • Coordinate and arrange all meetings/schedules, on behalf of the HSE Director, with various stakeholders,
  • Where required, Minutes of meetings will be kept and shared with the meeting attendees,
  • Coordinate, communicate and book all 3rd party HSE training requirements across the business (LPO, Invoice, certificates, maintain registers, contra charge to site) and accurately maintain a training register.
  • Support in optimizing training bookings to ensure lowest cost per head by communicating with all sites to fill courses and negotiate better rates with training service providers in coordination with SCM department.
  • Track all in-out information for timely response in relation to instructions issued by the HSE Director
  • Coordinate with internal auditors and subcontractors to ensure audits are completed according to the audit schedule.
  • Accurate and up-to-date maintenance of HSE records and schedules,
  • Ensure monthly HSE Training schedules are prepared in coordination with the HSE Director, sent out to all for on time delivery of training and maintain records of attendance accordingly,
  • Candidates based in UAE will be considered.
