The Document Processor plays a critical role in supporting enrollment operations by ensuring all required student documents are accurately collected, verified, and processed in a timely manner. This position involves high-volume communication and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct approximately 100 inbound and outbound calls daily to collect and verify enrollment documents
• Request, follow up, and track all required documentation from prospective students
• Communicate with students, parents/guardians, and enrollment counselors via phone, email, and text
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and student information databases
• Manage multiple student applications simultaneously while ensuring timely completion
• Perform daily data entry, documentation updates, and record maintenance
• Support reporting and pipeline tracking through basic data analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and data privacy standards
• Identify opportunities to improve document collection and workflow efficiency
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• 1+ year of experience in document processing, records handling, or administrative support
• Comfortable handling high-volume phone communication (~100 calls per day)
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools preferred
• Experience with CRM or student information systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage a large workload efficiently
• Spanish-English bilingual skills preferred
