Ethos is currently partnering with a leading foundational AI research lab to hire experienced Order Clerks for an advanced AI training initiative. The selected professionals will contribute to improving AI systems by helping train, evaluate, and refine language models focused on real-world order management and customer workflow scenarios.
This role is ideal for senior-level order management specialists who have extensive experience handling high-volume order environments and are skilled in ensuring accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining clear customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs related to order processing workflows
• Manage and review order management scenarios including processing, tracking, and fulfillment
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure high-quality customer communication standards are maintained in workflows
• Contribute expert knowledge to improve AI understanding of order systems
• Analyze and validate order-related data for training accuracy
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in order management or order processing roles
• Strong expertise in order processing systems and workflow management
• Experience handling discrepancy resolution and customer communication
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
• $50 per hour compensation
