As the company continues to expand, it is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate to support its finance operations and ensure smooth financial workflows.
This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate financial records, managing cash flow, and supporting both vendor and customer financial interactions in a structured and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure proper coding and approvals
• Manage vendor onboarding and maintain records including W-9 documentation
• Handle payment processing using platforms such as Ramp
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation for audit purposes
Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
• Generate and issue customer invoices according to contract terms
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing inquiries
• Assist in collections while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Track incoming payments and ensure proper recording in financial systems
General Accounting Support:
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with sales tax, expense reporting, and other accounting tasks as needed
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams across departments
• Support internal audits and compliance requirements
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online preferred
• Experience with tools like Ramp, Stripe, or similar platforms is an advantage
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and internal controls
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
