Description:
A company in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accountant to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in payroll processing, salary administration, and accounting who can ensure accurate and timely payroll operations while maintaining confidentiality.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with UAE payroll regulations, and maintaining accurate employee payroll records. Candidates with UAE payroll experience who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, leave salary, and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE WPS requirements and payroll regulations.
• Maintain payroll records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with finance and HR teams.
• Utilize payroll software and Microsoft Excel for payroll administration.
Requirements:
• Good experience in Payroll and Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and salary calculations.
• Good understanding of UAE WPS and payroll practices.
• Experience with attendance, overtime, deductions, leave salary, and final settlement calculations.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law related to payroll.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/accounting software.
• Strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE payroll experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
