Join our dynamic team! We are looking for an experienced Accountant who is adept in the financial regulations of the UAE and possesses a solid foundation in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Key Requirements:

• Strong Accounting Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; ACCA, CPA, or CMA certifications desirable.
• UAE Financial Regulations Expertise: Familiarity with UAE accounting standards, VAT system, and financial reporting frameworks.
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in accounting software like ZOHO, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle Financials.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends for effective decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in a diverse work environment.
• IFRS and GAAP Knowledge: Mandatory understanding of IFRS for compliance, especially for companies with securities traded on the open market in the UAE.

Main Tasks:

• Monthly Management Reports: Set up and manage reporting for monthly financial performance insights.
• Invoice Management: Standardize invoice format for consistency in billing.
• Tax Compliance: Establish and maintain tax coding for VAT compliance.
• VAT and Corporate Tax Registration: Handle the registration of the company as a VAT and corporate tax payer.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain all company operations in bookkeeping software.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Tax Calculation: Accurately compute taxes owed by the company.
• Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, including accrual and recording.
• Annual Financial Statements: Compile unaudited annual financial statements.
