A reputed healthcare organization operating in the hospital sector is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team. The role involves managing core accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring accuracy in all financial processes within a structured healthcare environment. Candidates with strong technical accounting expertise and healthcare industry exposure will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements and management reports
• Maintain and manage the general ledger with full accuracy
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure proper financial recordkeeping
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities efficiently
• Support financial compliance and internal reporting requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data validation and reporting accuracy
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent is mandatory
• 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare sector
• Experience working with Odoo accounting system will be considered an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including functions such as AVERAGE, INDEX-MATCH, SUM, and IF
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle complex financial data
