We are currently hiring an HR Officer for one of our clients a Stock Trading company based in UAE.                                          .

Job Location: JLT, Dubai

Working days: Monday – Saturday (Alt Saturday’s Off)

Work Timings: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm

Industry Preference: Finance / Consulting Service Sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
  • Proven experience working in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Officer or similar position.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support the performance management process by assisting in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance feedback and improvement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and timekeeping systems.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Keep abreast of changes in HR policies and legislation and implement necessary updates.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
