Looking for HR Officer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for categorizing and maintaining a listed record update.
  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining all HR Reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring that Health Insurance Law 23 of 2005 and by-laws all related circulars are followed and making sure that the company compiles.
  • Prepare Monthly Payroll Estimation and Complete the monthly payroll by HR & Payroll Solution Software (HRMS) and assist employees with completing overtime forms, answering questions about their payroll and overtime record, holidays, and festival, or interfacing with accounting regarding their payroll files.
  • Prepare Provision Reports of Employees Tickets, Gratuity, and Leave for Finance department to plan budget.
  • Responsible for preparing all official employment certificates and letters.
  • Verify employee request for Staff Loan (SL) and Salary Advance (SA) as per company policy.
  • Responsible for administrating the execution of the hiring process, including documentation, typing, follow up, filing, placing want ads, screening resumes, preparing job offers, and assisting GM & Director as needed.
  • Responsible for coordinating the interviews and assisting the Hiring Manager in conducting interviews.
  • Responsible for the calculation of paid and unpaid leave, answer to question about their leaves, or interfacing with accounting regarding their leave files.
  • Responsible for the preparation of final settlement and conducting the exit interview with all separated employees and ensuring that all documentation is complete.
  • Responsible for coordinating performance review schedules, salary adjustment, change in job titles, or job responsibilities with each employee, department.
  • Overseeing the discipline process, interfacing with legal counsel regarding discipline issues, and assisting any employee involved.
  • Maintaining and updating the personal files of the employees in the HRMS System.
  • Assisting medical and life insurance-related issues, vacation entitlement, attendance, sick leaves, daily task, etc.
  • Any other task assigned by Management.
